This is for a pair of two brand new, never used adjustable dumbbells. These dumbbells range from 5 to 52.5lbs and are an essential part of any home gym or workout. There is actually a large savings buying these over buying individual free weights.

Weight increments are:

5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and 52.5 lbs.

These dumbbells are high-quality and very durable. Twist the end to adjust the weight you want. These look like and work just like the BowFlex dumbbells, they are not, however, bowflex brand.

Dumbbells will ship FedEx ground and will all ship out ASAP once order is received.
